This is my fourth Mercedes. I live in Miami and yet will be going back to Bonita Springs and Kenneth even though I live 2 minutes from another Mercedes dealer. Excellent facility with very nice and professional sales staff. Actual closing process (including obtaining insurance coverage) required much more time than anticipated, but that is probably a product of staff.
