The customer experience here is not what it used to be. I have purchased two new cars here, the first one shortly after the dealership opened. They are unfriendly and not helpful. Last week, after waiting tw have purchased two new cars here, the first one shortly after the dealership opened. They are unfriendly and not helpful. Last week, after waiting two hours for an express oil change and asking the status of my car, the service advisor looked at me and asked "what is your name?" He had written up the order less that two hours before. He was quick to tell me that I will need four new tires before my lease is due in a year (12,000 miles currently). At the walk around I pointed out one of the new tires that I've replaced in the past year. "well, you'll only need three then". A month ago I asked Ken Lucas for information on the EQS (our second car is an electric Porsche) and was dismissed with "it's a year and a half away" although I have learned since that some have already placed orders. I have driven Mercedes for over 30 years and my experience last week has prompted me to consider a change for my next car. The Porsche dealership treats us like VIPs, waters and sodas while we wait, smiles and always greetings by name. More

Ken was professional, knowledgeable, and lots of high energy which my husband and I loved. He introduced us to Willie who did a fantastic tutorial on my ‘new’ GLC and then to Andrew, F&I Mgr. who was als energy which my husband and I loved.
