Let me start by saying that our product Specialist Ken Lucas was absolutely fenomenal. When we arrived he was very attentive and welcoming. He acknowledged the fact that we were coming highly recomended Lucas was absolutely fenomenal. When we arrived he was very attentive and welcoming. He acknowledged the fact that we were coming highly recomended by a previous client. We had our heart already set on a beautiful CPO 2018 Mercedes Benz GLE 43 AMG. At arrival he had the vehicle pulled up to the front and ready for showing. He took the time to go over all the features and benefits of the vehicle and explained the process of the certification to details. It was reassuring the fact that we were buying a pre owned vehicle that had been through the thorou process of MB Certification. We took the vehicle for a test drive and we decided to put a deposit on it since we had a hurricane on its way. He kept in touch through out the hurricane, sending videos of the unit while it was been store and often checking on our well-being. After the storm, when they finally were able to open their doors, we headed to MB Of Bonita Springs to take delivery of our vehicle. When we arrived, we were faced simply with a spotless, beautiful black beauty. The tires were shinny, the paint was shinny, the windows were spotless, the leather was moist and soft just like if it was new, sporting a big beautiful green bowtie on top of the hood. Ken guided us to his office and had all paperwork ready for us, even when their showroom was packed with people. Most people were replacing cars that were flooded during the storm. After signing the initial paperwork we met Joe Randazzo, the finance manager, he introduced him self and was also very welcoming. Shortly after, Joe was ready to finalize our deal. Joe was personable and friendly. He went over every detail of the contract and answer all our questions. He offered to extend the certification for another 2 years and a maintenance service agreement that will take care of every schedule maintenance for the next 3 years and of course we agreed. Then he proceeded to signed the rest of the paperwork and gave us copies of every single paper we sing. The whole process was transparent and swift. At this point we were confident that we had made the right decision at the right dealership. By the time we were finished with Joe a young man named Jake Lividini was waiting for us. Jake was charming attentive and knowledgeable. Jake is the technology specialist. He explained how to operate every control at the cockpit, paired our phones and set up our Mercedes Me Mbrace account. Our experience at MB Of Bonita Springs was by far the best buying experience of our lives. Thank you Ken, Joe, Jake and the rest of the staff at MB Of Bonita Springs for bringing an unparalleled customer service experience to our community. We will definitely recomend them! More
