There were very few technical details given for a large service item that needed to be completed. The diagnostic fee is much higher then many other shops in the area. Great team! Took my truck in for it's first service and it was quick and painless. They even took care of a small warranty issue so now I'm good to go. Took my truck in for it's first service and it was quick and painless. They even took care of a small warranty issue so now I'm good to go. More

The service team far outshines the sales team. Kendrick took the time to listen, ask the right questions, and then provide clear explanations along with solutions. My car sat for 5 days before it was even looked at and I was never given a loaner car although I was specifically told loaners are always available when I bought my Wagoneer and I requested one. Although no one found anything wrong with my Jeep, they did recommend $1900 worth of fluids and belts (on a one year old vehicle). The techs, however, said it was in excellent condition. When I came to pick my Wagoneer up, I had to wait 35 minutes for someone to “bring it up top” with the keys. I won’t be returning. I had a similar experience when I was looking to buy my car which is why I bought it in Lee’s Summit. More
