Stand up Guy! KEN is absolutely amazing with his customers. He makes it his business to go above and beyond to making sure that each car in my family is serviced KEN is absolutely amazing with his customers. He makes it his business to go above and beyond to making sure that each car in my family is serviced with the highest quality. Ken even makes recommendations when needed. He is an awesome guy to do business with making sure that your are satisfied with your services before you leave, and even follows up to make sure everything is still going well after you visit. More

Good people to do business with!! As a women , I was really uncomfortable to go to repair shops without my husband. I don’t feel like that here! Ken Waller in the service department always make sure he explains the issue with your vehicle and what needs to be done to correct the issue and he let’s you know your options. Big disappointment You expect to have no problems with a new car right.... wrong! Within the first 3 days I had to take the brand new 2018 Chevy Traverse truck back for You expect to have no problems with a new car right.... wrong! Within the first 3 days I had to take the brand new 2018 Chevy Traverse truck back for issues with a faulty battery. Following week we brought it in for the "warranty plan" they offer, and we brought it back home and noticed that in their process they've sealed some type of over buffing or something that's caused a noticeable color differential. When we told them, they said well you'll have to speak to the insurance you brought through us! What a scam! Fast forward 2 months and we've been experiencing a clicking noise everytime we turn our wheel. After my husband wasting 4hours waiting for the service department to hear the noise, they tell him they don't hear anything and can't help (even though my husband recorded the noise)! He gets home and the car immediately makes the noise. He takes it back, waits another 4 hours for them to tell him "oh there's a recall from last year". They tell us they don't have the part but they'll call us when it's in. They finally call us and we're told to just come in, we give a courtesy call to say we are coming in and we're told No you can't come in we don't have time. THIS IS A BRAND NEW 2018 TRAVERSE!!!! THERE SHOULD BE NOTHING WRONG!!! How is this place selling cars that are this messed up??? The sales team also coaxes you to please please please rate 5 stars on several websites otherwise they don't get commission! Really? I'll never buy another car here, this is insane! More

Currie Motors Dealership Rating Prior to buying my new 2015 Chevy Equinox at Currie Motors in August 2015, I dreaded the thought of even walking into a dealership and dealing with hi Prior to buying my new 2015 Chevy Equinox at Currie Motors in August 2015, I dreaded the thought of even walking into a dealership and dealing with high-pressure salesmen. When I walked into Currie Motors, I was greeted warmly and as I shopped around and found a car that I liked and negotiated my dea, I sincerely felt that I was a valued customer. My salesman, Brian Idhe, was kind and compassionate as well as the Sales Manager Nick Risitich. I explained my financial hardship to both of them and they worked with me to find a deal suitable to my budget since I live on a fixed income as a retired Chicago Police Sergeant. Before the deal was finalized, I even got the opportunity to meet and speak with the General Sales Manger, Leo Siflkas. All three made me feel as they were truly concerned about me and my personal situation. My dreaded thoughts have now ended and I am extremely happy with their performance at the above dealership and at this time I would feel very comfortable referring my family members and personal friends who may be in need of purchasing a car to this dealership. I was impressed by the courteous service and general knowledge of this young man. The cost was reasonable and I was treated as special as if I were worth a million dollars instead of an elderly lady wi knowledge of this young man. The cost was reasonable and I was treated as special as if I were worth a million dollars instead of an elderly lady with a 12 year old vehicle. I will recommend this repair shop to my friends.
