The sales staff was professional and friendly. The finance person was not. Once I mentioned I would finance with my own credit union and didn’t want the service options, he seemed disengaged. This was exacerbated even more when the finance paperwork was delayed in being processed. I called for an update and was told to expect a return call. It never came. Callback is customer service 101. Not a good experience. More

Poor salesmanship. My wife and I visited the Planet Ford 59 with my mother in law and her husband whom was also interested in purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased two My wife and I visited the Planet Ford 59 with my mother in law and her husband whom was also interested in purchasing a vehicle. I have purchased two f150’s from the dealership before. My wife and I owned a Mazda cx9 which was a little tight. So we were interested in a larger Expedition and the in-laws were interested in a Bronco. We were so excited when we arrived at the dealership and when we left we were so down that we through the business cards in the trash as we left out the door. K Riley gave use a very bad experience. He was never present, he answered every call received via cell when we had questions, we were told our children could not participate in the test drive that it was company policy.Long story short you all lost two sales, the fist my in-laws chose a Jeep Gladiator over the Ford Bronco not because it was better, however service and experience. My wife and I chose a Toyota Grand Highlander over the Ford Expedition for the same reason. We all went to two other dealerships who wanted to earn our business and treated us serious and with respect. It will be up for debate when I trade in my Ford F150 if I will do bones with this dealership. More
