Smooth, professional, personable...again. When our daughter needed to get a new vehicle, I took her to see our go-to guy (Ken) at our go-to dealership (Valley Honda). They did not disappoint. When our daughter needed to get a new vehicle, I took her to see our go-to guy (Ken) at our go-to dealership (Valley Honda). They did not disappoint. Ken and team made the experience as painless and efficient as could be. We had bought a SUV from Ken a couple years ago. That had been a very positive experience, so we knew we could work well with him. I emailed Ken and described what we were looking for in terms of vehicle and price-points. He sent me back some ideas almost immediately and we set up an appointment to come in and see him. Once there, he was waiting for us at the door when we arrived and had a candidate car staged for a test drive. After sitting down with my daughter and me, putting her at ease and talking in a little more detail about what her specific needs were, we took test drives in a couple different cars. In each case, Ken was patient and informative making her (and me) comfortable with the process and her choices. Once her choice was made it then became a process of getting to a final options configuration and price, navigating the piles of paperwork and driving the car off the lot. Throughout this exercise Ken, Mohit and Jim showed patience, professionalism and good humor making my daughter's first car buying experience a very positive one. Thanks for that. I will not hesitate in contacting Ken again and coming back to Valley Honda for our next vehicle. More

We came across Ken during our first purchase, his patience, excellent customer service, knowledge and willingness to listen and make the best recommendations to match our needs and wants was the major reason why we ended up buying at Valley Honda. The 2nd time, we were happy to go see Ken and the purchase experience was even better. It is worthwhile mentioning that on both occasions, we say many other vehicles and came across many other salesman at other dealerhips, but no one was as understanding and committed to making sure we got the vehicle that met our needs the best. The entire dealership staff is super nice and you can feel their commitment to the idea of making the car buying experience an enjoyable one and cannot recommend Valley Honda and Ken enough. We will be needing another vehicle later this year for our high schooler and we will be returning to see Ken and would highly recommend all of our friends to him. More
