Valley Honda is now the only place we will go when trade in time comes. And we live in Missouri! That dealership is Clean, friendly, ultra modern. Great waiting room for service department. Very impressive dealership top to bottom. Best thing tho was Ken Negley. From his 1st response to our email to followup after purchase he was friendly, prompt, knowledgeable. The perfect rep for us. Even with a virus still impacting our State, the process was straightforward - everyone inside the dealership wore masks, and staff were right on top of cleaning all the shared areas. No sooner would a customer stand up from a table than one of the staff would be there to clean it. Just as before, they had what we wanted to buy and made the process as easy as it gets. In 3 years time I imagine we'll be back again! More
