I have to say, This was one of the best experiences I’ve had buying a new car. I’ve dealt a lot with Honda dealers near me. And I will say valley Honda is definitely worth the drive. I called during the week because I had a few questions. Ken answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable on the different models I was interested in. I like the fact that he’s kind of a no pressure type of guy. I made an appointment for Saturday morning. Ken had the three cars I was interested in waiting for me to test drive when I got there. I asked him a lot of different questions Mileage , Different motors ,hybrids,LX, EX,EX touring he explained it all . He even did yearly mileage calculations. I decided to go with the insight, very beautiful car. I feel like I got a great price. Ken showed me all the bells and whistle‘s I could put on it. And I did put a few. It wasn’t till we were all done and I took delivery of the car that I found out it was Ken’s day off which I kind of felt bad about because I took quite a bit a time asking questions .I did go in with preapproved financing so I did not have to hold my breath like I usually do. The service department is huge and clean. A lot nicer than other Honda dealers I’ve dealt with. This is my second car I’ve bought from Valley and I’m sure I will be back to buy another. More

Smooth, professional, personable...again. When our daughter needed to get a new vehicle, I took her to see our go-to guy (Ken) at our go-to dealership (Valley Honda). They did not disappoint. When our daughter needed to get a new vehicle, I took her to see our go-to guy (Ken) at our go-to dealership (Valley Honda). They did not disappoint. Ken and team made the experience as painless and efficient as could be. We had bought a SUV from Ken a couple years ago. That had been a very positive experience, so we knew we could work well with him. I emailed Ken and described what we were looking for in terms of vehicle and price-points. He sent me back some ideas almost immediately and we set up an appointment to come in and see him. Once there, he was waiting for us at the door when we arrived and had a candidate car staged for a test drive. After sitting down with my daughter and me, putting her at ease and talking in a little more detail about what her specific needs were, we took test drives in a couple different cars. In each case, Ken was patient and informative making her (and me) comfortable with the process and her choices. Once her choice was made it then became a process of getting to a final options configuration and price, navigating the piles of paperwork and driving the car off the lot. Throughout this exercise Ken, Mohit and Jim showed patience, professionalism and good humor making my daughter's first car buying experience a very positive one. Thanks for that. I will not hesitate in contacting Ken again and coming back to Valley Honda for our next vehicle. More
