EXCELLENT!! I purchased my 2nd new car from Autohaus on Edens this summer after looking at competing brands/models. A significant factor in my decision to return I purchased my 2nd new car from Autohaus on Edens this summer after looking at competing brands/models. A significant factor in my decision to return to Mercedes & Autohaus was the service I had received over 7 years on my E350, specifically with Ken Dunaway. I conditioned my purchase this summer on being aligned with Ken again for service. He could not be more professional and responsive while also being very personable. And, the work by Autohaus' Service area is always top-notch. More

Good job Today I came for show my car after my Tennessee trip (Pigeon Forge) of 1200 miles. Car inspector (Ken Dunaway) met me with pleasure. After 25 minutes, Today I came for show my car after my Tennessee trip (Pigeon Forge) of 1200 miles. Car inspector (Ken Dunaway) met me with pleasure. After 25 minutes, I received my car after inspection. I also asked to change old frame of the license plate. The worker could not unscrew the old bolts, Ken himself took the tool and personally unscrewed the old bolts !!! he has a good experience))) Thanks!!! More
