Our experience purchasing an EV from Kemal was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and highly responsive to all our needs. While there was a slight delay in receiving the promise from start to finish. He was professional, attentive, and highly responsive to all our needs. While there was a slight delay in receiving the promised charging cord, Kemal remained responsive to our follow-up communication. When we had to return for a charge, Matt was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring we were taken care of and left with a charging cord.
