First my dealer was Max O’Connor Informative, friendly,Respectful He listened he heard me he was not pushy. He gave me exactly what I wanted. He kept me in the loop every day. I had my two grandsons with me the day I went to sign the paperwork and Max even babysat them so I could concentrate on what I had to sign with Mark, which Mark was amazing too highly recommend Volkswagen and Max and Mark. The whole experence was great. Tina did a great job explaining everything. Was in and out pretty quickly. I do think the door harness shouldn't have to be replaced in 3 years.
