The funny math when trying to get me to buy the interior protection plan and the cost of my possible trade-in was not great. Neither was the funny math when trying to get me to purchase 11 oil changes for $550 but 3 of those were the free/not free oil changes so you were really only pre-paying for 8 oil changes. These experiences zapped all the joy I had from buying a new vehicle. More
