Even though I had been researching cars for over a year, the day I went in to test drive, I did not wake up that day thinking I would be buying a car! But Lincoln guided me through the process and when it was all said and done, I felt confident that I had made the best possible decision! I would not hesitate contacting Lincoln directly the next time I need to buy a car (which may be soon, I'll be looking to buy something used for my son.).
