As usual, contacting her was like getting in touch with a friend. She is always very pleasant and looking out for her clients best interests. After that initial phone call and transfer of information, she was on the hunt. Three days later I was out of my 2012 Passat and into a 2014 CTS that I'm loving. After that first experience with Kelly I said "I've hit the jackpot with you and will never do "normal" car-buying again" This experience has solidified that decision for me. If you're in the market for a new car, save yourself from the stressful "games" and give Kelly/D&M the opportunity to help you through it...it's MORE than worth it! More

She communicates well, cares about the way things go and does exactly what she says she is going to do. These are qualities that seem hard to find more often than not these days. I would never go to a dealership and subject myself or my family to the run around high pressure tactics that most dealerships put a person through. My wife and I have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and each of those have been with Kelley. She recently got me out of a 2014 Chevy Silverado for a 2015 F250. Kelley works tirelessly to make sure she finds the perfect vehicle for us each and every time. Kelley won't settle for a less than perfect vehicle and that is a trait that is hard to find in the car buying world. D&M should be proud to have such a dedicated and resolution-oriented employee. When buying or leasing a car through a dealership that experience can be down right dreadful. That's not the case with D&M. Kelly just got me out of my expiring lease and into a brand new 2016 F-150. The truck is beautiful. She is amazing and so fantastic to work with. D&M does not pressure or manipulate you into getting something you are not comfortable with. I like how they do all the work and I can continue on with my day. The build a relationship with you so that you get the car or truck you are seeking which then means I will keep coming back when its time for an upgrade. I always tell Kelly that if I am going to pay a lot of money for a vehicle I want what I want so you can be picky. Thank you D&M for the great service and especially for having great people in Kelly which is a rare thing these days. More

Kelly Elliott at D&M got me exactly what I wanted (which was not easy) at exactly the right lease terms. The local dealership didn't even come close! Kelly explained the process to this first-time lessee thoroughly and simply. She even had my new truck delivered to my home! This was easily the best experience I have ever had getting a car.
