I didn't have to do anything and it was awesome. Pretty much how I have it said in the title. I sent a request for someone to contact me about a car, I had no idea what I was doing since this was my Pretty much how I have it said in the title. I sent a request for someone to contact me about a car, I had no idea what I was doing since this was my first time financing a car. I had an idea of what I wanted but it wasn't within my budget. Kelly gave me options and also thought ahead and let me know that the car I want within my budget could be possible later, but for now to see about something else to give me time to get more financing experience and credit so a couple years down the road, she and I can talk again and see about the car I originally wanted. The entire process took just a few days and it didn't feel so much like a nerve wracking business transaction, but as a relationship with a professional who I can continue to have a future with when it comes to getting a new car. It was smooth, she took care of everything and answered all the questions I had (and most were really newbie questions, but she always answered them completely). Overall, she was great. More
