Good, responsive service. I was originally at Ford to get my 2010 repaired, but when the costs of the repair became more than was reasonable to keep the car, they worked with I was originally at Ford to get my 2010 repaired, but when the costs of the repair became more than was reasonable to keep the car, they worked with me to offload my old vehicle and get me into a new one. As this was my first ever car payment, I was super hesitant. However, they were able to answer all the questions I had and alleviate and doubts I had with a new car. Now I'm FINALLY in an EV after thinking about it for the last few years. Thanks for helping me pull the trigger!!! More

I had a great experience buying my new truck. Kelly and the whole dealership went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted, even bringing the truck in from a location out of town. What started as a nightmare turned into a beautiful new beginning. I was in Austin with my teenage daughter for a nursing camp at UT. I didn’t come to buy a new car—it wasn’t even on my radar. But on Th beginning. I was in Austin with my teenage daughter for a nursing camp at UT. I didn’t come to buy a new car—it wasn’t even on my radar. But on Thursday, June 12, a warning light came on in my Expedition. By the time I pulled into Leif Johnson Ford’s service center, the entire vehicle went haywire. I was three hours from home, without my husband, and emotionally unraveling while trying to figure out what to do. As I stood next to my broken-down SUV, gathering my things for the rental car, I was approached by the service manager, John Teller. He didn’t start by talking about the car—he focused on me. His kindness and empathy in that moment meant more than I can say. While talking with the rental agent, Daniel, I mentioned my interest in Broncos. Not only did he put me in a Bronco as my rental, but he took the time to walk me through all the features and how to use them. That’s when I met Thomas Almaraz from sales. I’ll be honest—I didn’t want to deal with a salesperson. I was vulnerable, overwhelmed, and unsure if I was ready to make a decision. But Thomas was everything a car salesperson should be. He listened more than he talked, he wasn’t pushy, and he respected my situation. He showed me exactly what I wanted to see without pressure or sales tactics. I did shop around, even traveling an hour away to another dealership. But after that experience—and some of the stereotypical “sleazy salesman” behavior—I knew Leif Johnson was different. The next day, we learned my Expedition was beyond repair. That night, I drove home with plans to return to Austin Saturday morning. Before I left, Thomas asked me to text him when we made it home safely. That was the moment I knew—this wasn’t just a dealership, and Thomas wasn’t just a salesman. I told my husband, “When we get there, Thomas will call our daughter by name without us even saying it.” And he did. He remembered every detail I shared when I was a blubbering mess. That kind of attention and care can’t be faked. Thomas worked hard to get us the best trade value and made the buying process easy. Ryan in financing was wonderful—he got us great rates and helped us choose the right add-ons. As we wrapped up and loaded up on Bronco merch, Amanda, the GM, came over and introduced herself. I’ve bought several cars in my life and never once met a GM—let alone one who made me feel like family. From start to finish, Leif Johnson Ford treated us with compassion, respect, and care. They turned a stressful, unexpected situation into a moment of joy and connection I’ll never forget. As I drove away in my brand new Bronco, I looked over and saw Thomas taking a video of us leaving and I teared up. Thank you, Thomas, for being the calm in my storm, and thank you to everyone at Leif Johnson Ford for turning chaos into comfort. You’ve earned customers for life—and Thomas, you’ve earned a friendship that will last just as long. More
