My experience started with Glenn Toyota when I first moved here from Hawaii. Kelly was instramental in helping me get a FULL refund from Toyota for work that had been done to my 2001 Prius in Hawaii th moved here from Hawaii. Kelly was instramental in helping me get a FULL refund from Toyota for work that had been done to my 2001 Prius in Hawaii that should have been under warranty. It was at that time that I met Willie and was impressed by his easy going and genuine style. So it was, that this spring, when my husband had browbeat me into giving up my beloved Prius (with greater than 120,000 mls), we contacted Willie and he got us a great deal on the trade in and found me just the color I wanted for my new Prius V. Through the entire process Willie and everyone associated with the sale never made us feel rushed. It was a truely pleasant experience from start to finish; and I love my new car. More
