Ron, the Service Mgr, and Kelly, his service rep, expedited the second diagnosis of the noises my Jeep Compass was making. The 2nd diagnosis was MiUCH better than the initial one. Overall, it was a bad experience for me. I felt like I was taking advantage of. I had to pay for a service that wasn’t done and then I was refuse work on my vehicle because y’all will not ho I felt like I was taking advantage of.
