I am actually quite disappointed in Ocean Mazda and the sales associate and the sales manager. I am a single mother and a teacher in Forsyth County. I decided to drive down to Roswell to see about this rea sales associate and the sales manager. I am a single mother and a teacher in Forsyth County. I decided to drive down to Roswell to see about this really good deal after talking with one of their people for over a week. When I got there, I was told that that person that I’ve been talking to you isn’t really meeting me as scheduled. It would be someone else. So I went with this new sales associate. He gave me a wonderful price on a really pretty red CX five I was very excited. While test driving, he quoted the price of $35,000. Period we said that that’s a great deal. I said I want it. We worked on my trade and got the final out the price door at $34,000. Then the sales rep told me that he didn’t know this, but that was the dealer car and it actually had 5100 miles on it. He had mentioned earlier that they can have cars transferred in if I want a specific one so I asked if he could do that since this one had been a dealer car. He said sure let me go ask he came back and said that the car was actually going to be 38,000 walk out the door. I was confused and said I had already signed the paper and so had the manager and could he please have that manager come over and talk to me. This sales manager came over and said yes we made a mistake. He had already signed the deal but refused to honor it and that was that and so now I do not have the card that I was so excited about because they made a mistake and wouldn’t do anything to honor it. More

He professionally and patiently answered all my questions, helped with the choice of equipment and explained in detail all the nuances of operation. Service in the salon at the highest level - comfortable atmosphere, polite staff and prompt processing of documents. As for the Mazda CX-9 itself, the car exceeded all my expectations. Spacious and comfortable interior, high-quality finishing materials, excellent noise insulation - all this makes trips as comfortable as possible. Dynamics and handling are at a high level, and all-wheel drive gives confidence on the road in all conditions. In general, I am completely satisfied with the purchase. We are so pleased with Elysia and Mazda of Roswell. Shortly after buying our new car from them, which was a good experience, my husband backed into something, and put a small ding in our back left cor Shortly after buying our new car from them, which was a good experience, my husband backed into something, and put a small ding in our back left corner. I knew the dealership had a person to do touch ups on cars they brought into sell so I called Elysia; explained what happened; asked if she could help. To my amazement, they could! Their touch up person did a fantastic job, looks brand new, for a reasonable price. I cannot thank Elysia Razek, our sales agent, Keith Thomas, sales manager, and John Carney, service manager, enough for all working together to make this happen! My husband was devastated and is now ecstatic with the results! . More

Tom was great and was very professional. I would not hesitate to do business again with Tom. The dealership has low inventory and did not have the car I wanted to buy for my daughter. I m I would not hesitate to do business again with Tom. The dealership has low inventory and did not have the car I wanted to buy for my daughter. I made a reasonable offer on a car with a higher trim level and was declined. Likewise, the sales manager would not get the car we wanted from another dealership. The sales manager wanted us to wait up to 6 weeks until the dealership received a car like we wanted from the factory. I was quoted a price for the car that would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I went to Jim Ellis Mazda with my daughter and bought a car just like she wanted for a price that was a great deal lower than the quoted price I received from Mazda of Roswell. The sales price at Jim Ellis was close to the price I offered at Mazda of Roswell that was rejected. Once I bought the car, I called Tom and Paula Thompson, both of whom I had been working with, to let them know I bought a new car elsewhere and they no longer needed to spend time or energy on me. Tom was very professional and made me feel good about our new Mazda. However, Paula was not so gracious and could use some additional training. Paula made me want to take both of our Mazdas, we already owned one, someplace else for regular service even though Mazda of Roswell is the closest Mazda dealership to where we live. Paula was angry that we bought a car at another dealership and did not hesitate to let me know. I tried to explain to her that Mazda of Roswell rejected my offer to purchase a new car and wouldn’t get the car we wanted transferred from another dealership. I don’t think she wanted to hear it even though I gave Mazda of Roswell every opportunity to sell us a car. Tom was great to work with, but Paula needs some training to be a better ambassador for Mazda of Roswell and the Mazda brand. I also found inventory to be lower and the prices to be higher at Mazda of Roswell than at other dealerships. More
