My salesmen Keith Sharon, was one of the most efficient salesmen I've encountered. He made my experience very enjoyable. Keith's friendly no nonsense approach, made finding the car I wanted easy. He took in the information I gave him on what it was I enjoyed in a car and presented and explained to me my best options. He made me feel comfortable the entire time. So, thank you Keith for being what I would call, a real "people's salesman". More

The sales manager Anthony and Salesman Keith were very cordial, courteou i located the car and got a certificate from True Value for the sales price. The sales manager Anthony and Salesman Keith were very cordial, courteous, professional & prompt. They honored the True-Value price and gave a fair trade-in price for my trade. Nothing was what I expected. Keith in sales had me in the car I wanted In an hour. Signed sealed and delivered. The process was painless and very pleasant. I love my Hyundai and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. This week I had a leak. So I called service. They made Everything just as easy. AJ called me, explained the problem and had my car ready in no time. Pick Up was a breeze and everyone genuinely seemed to enjoy their position there. Great, comfortable new car buying experience I was searching for a new or verified pre-owned car. I dealt with several dealers in person and on the phone. Springfield Hyundai was by far the most I was searching for a new or verified pre-owned car. I dealt with several dealers in person and on the phone. Springfield Hyundai was by far the most helpful and efficient. They were certainly persistent, but in a very friendly, non-aggressive way. Keith Sharon was lovely to work with- I never felt like he wasn't being 100% honest with me and he was never pushy or over-confident, which I experinced at other dealers. They also followed up consistently and were clear about options and availability from the start. Highly recommend! More
