Michael Chlus This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. At Imperial Chevrolet ,Keith and Ahmed were very knowledgeable about the Lexus I was buying. I was in a real pickle after my Kia Sorento decided to quit on me on the way to work one morning. I knew it was time to buy another vehicle and Imperial in Mendon always has such a vast selection of new quit on me on the way to work one morning. I found a few Chevy's that I really liked and made my way down to their business. I was paired up with a very nice young salesman, Keith Phaneuf. I found out quickly that Keith really cared about what I wanted and never pushed me into looking at anything else. I appreciated Keith's professionalism, customer service and over all down to earth personality - a real breath of fresh air. I also appreciated Keith's patience with me as I had originally purchased a Malibu, only to return it the next day. I am 6'2", 310 lb , 54 year old man and there was no way I was going to be happy in it for the next 6 years. My daughter said it was "impractical" and she was right ! What was I thinking? I immediately called Keith and he assured me that everything would be ok and that I should come in the next day to find a better vehicle for me. And he did, I chose a 2019 Chevy Equinox LT, Redline edition SUV and I couldn't be happier. The Imperial Chevrolet staff is amazing. Always friendly, helpful and courteous. I want to thank Omar as well, his sense of humor and ability to put one at ease is amazing. Thank you Omar ! After doing a bit of research, I discovered it shouldn't take all that long after the paperwork is signed and negotiations are complete to drive home your new vehicle. However the Imperial Dealership seems to be in no rush. Whether it's the inefficiencies of the business or the slow moving salesmen, there is really no good excuse for waiting over a week (and getting the runaround) after being told you would have it in 2-3 days. Would not recommend if you have an appreciation for honesty and timeliness. Oh, and see all these great reviews? Well bribing with free oil changes seems to help their cause. :) More
