Shopping during the chip shortage was tough, I called around to many dealers and most were very short with me as their inventory was low (I get it, they probably had tons of people making the same phone around to many dealers and most were very short with me as their inventory was low (I get it, they probably had tons of people making the same phone call). Finally found a car on the lot and did a test drive with another dealership and got talked down to as a woman buying a car by myself. I refused to buy that vehicle on principle. Weber on the other hand was polite about my inquiry, and ended up getting a vehicle on the lot that I wanted. We went up to Weber and worked with Mr. Keith Key. He was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable without talking down to me at all. Mr. Key showed me all the options I had, even letting me compare other models so that I would know this was the vehicle I truly wanted. I had my 5 year old daughter with me who was DONE with car shopping and everyone was still so nice to us. After I received my vehicle I had a couple of questions and Mr. Key always got back to me right away. I've never bought a brand new car (daughter of a technician, we always bought fixer uppers) but comparing the experiences I had, I will ask for Mr. Keith next time. More

Before that I had nursed a 17 year old Mazda along, until I got sick of pouring money down that well. Now Robin and I drive in style and comfort, and my INSURANCE RATES WENT DOWN. For a retired auto accident handler for a certain major insurance company this was most impressive. It was literally like getting a second discount. Cheers to the whole Weber Family from my family.
