Terrible service. Nearly a month to fix a simple issue. No communication and when the service woman gave wrong information and was called out on it she called me to be Nearly a month to fix a simple issue. No communication and when the service woman gave wrong information and was called out on it she called me to be rude and nasty not to even give an update. No loaners and had to beg and plead for one that magically appeared. The service manager Keith is useless and should be fired. 5 calls to him and not one response. More
