We were out looking for a second car and finding most dealers won't talk over the phone, much less put anything together to review before we drove over an hour to any of them. Walker Ford was up front and straight to the point with us, even giving us advertised estimates and pricing over the phone. Their "invitation" to come see them was very welcomed vs others who demand it. We would never have thought about a Ford dealer looking for a Nissan. The whole process was streamlined, very friendly staff, and did not waste out time nor theirs. They have all the stepped laid out, everyone does their job efficiently and very customer oriented. We made a deal and purchased the first car we looked at. The little extras Walker has is so beneficial and welcoming to a buyer, so if you need a new car or second car, be sure to get to Walker Ford.
