We are very pleased with our purchase at Randy Marion Subaru. This is the 2nd Subaru Crosstrek we have purchased from This dealership. This time we were in the market for a previously owned Crosstrek. Subaru. This is the 2nd Subaru Crosstrek we have purchased from This dealership. This time we were in the market for a previously owned Crosstrek. We were under time constraints as we had a prior commitment in Charlotte. We called to inquire about the car and were impressed that they confirmed that the car was actually on the lot and called us back to confirm. Joshua, the sales person, knowing that we had limited time, offered to video the car for us to preview prior to our arrival. Once we arrived at the dealership, the entire process from start to finish to complete the purchase was an hour and 10 minutes. The car was and is the perfect car for our needs. We appreciated that they detailed the car and filled the gas tank when we stopped back later to pick up the car. Kudos to Joshua and Keely for a timely purchase process. We appreciate it! More

I was very pleased with the help and information Frank gave me on the car. I did a test drive and the car rode great. I was surprised because I had a bad problem with the Randy Marion Chevrolet service de gave me on the car. I did a test drive and the car rode great. I was surprised because I had a bad problem with the Randy Marion Chevrolet service department and was reluctant to deal with the Subaru place but Marshall took care of me and gave me a good price and Frank went over all the different controls in the car as I was lost since my last car was a 2013 and not with all the new extras. I love the extra controls and the car rides great.Frank also said to come back if I have any questions, which is service after sales.I just hope there service department is better than the Chevrolet one was. More

My experience was absolutely wonderful! I spoke with my salesman Gabe the night before and set up an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, I was promptly greeted, went over the vehicle and then the paperwork. From start to finish, the entire experience was stress free, easy, pleasant ... I've never had such a good car buying experience, ever. Keeley went above and beyond getting the financing set up (many thanks, my friend!) and Brian, a long with several other team members, made it a point to come say hello to me. I had a really positive experience and I have shared with everyone I know. Add to it- I Love my new Crosstrek! Thank you all!!! More
