Dropped off a tire that I knew would need to be replaced Jon the Service Advisor said he would get a tire and let me know when it was mounted so I could have it put back on out pathfinder. He didn't call, I was not happy but waited until Friday to go over and check on it, it had been ready Thursday no call. Jon wasn't there, which was probably a good thing. I have purchased three new Nissan vehicles there, but if this is going to be typical service won't purchase another. More
