As a BDC agent, I coordinate appointments to ensure smooth and successful visits while serving as the first point of contact to create a welcoming experience at Ciocca. Although I'm new to the car industry, I've been a BDC agent for two years and enjoy building relationships with customers to make their experience seamless. Outside of work, I love spending time with family and friends, playing video games, and exploring photography.
