This dealership was very welcoming as we walked in the doors. It is a very nice establishment and they offered coffee, drinks and snacks as soon as we arrived. I worked with KATRINA and CURTIS. Curtis was being trained by Katrina and we enjoyed him as he was very personable. They both were fabulous! When I first inquired about the vehicle and let Katrina know I was exploring other vehicles also, she understood and gave me a price with no pressure. I appreciate that several days later, she followed up with me. I ended up giving her my business. While test driving the vehicle, she listened as I made a comment about a personal concern. As we finished our drive, she asked if that concern was a deal breaker. I appreciate she acknowledged my concern and didn’t discount my concern! With her personality, I felt that I was being treated as a friend and not a customer. There was complete honesty and no pressure with this transaction. It was closing time by the time we got to the business office to work with Chris. Even though it was after hours, Katrina stayed for the duration to see us off even though our work with her had been completed. Very disappointed with this dealership. They did not even offer to work with me - just said here is the price, we don't negotiate!! Baloney, all dealers will negotiate!!
