The dealership was first class. I've purchased many makes and models over the years and you could tell these guys are above and beyond from the second you walk in the door. I've been in sales myself for 30 years and consider myself to be a pretty good judge of the naturally ability and the extra hard work it takes to be a good sales person. I can tell you that Katherine Stern has all the traits. MB of the Woodlands should appreciate how she represents them and the customer will be happy with the above and beyond service she provides. I was down to two different manufactures and everything was just about neck and neck in regards to pricing, warranty, etc.. My ultimate decision came down to the way that Katherine sold me on not just the vehicle but the overall experience from when I walked in the door until I drove off in a new vehicle.
