Kate is truly an asset to your team, and I cannot thank her enough for taking my call the night I was informed that my engine had seized. My 2015 Kia Optima had a recall I was unaware of, and without the u her enough for taking my call the night I was informed that my engine had seized. My 2015 Kia Optima had a recall I was unaware of, and without the update, Kia was unable to replace the engine. I was quoted $7,000 for a new one and found myself stranded in a cabin at the top of a mountain. My insurance company advised me to abandon the vehicle and consider it a loss. They also refused to help with a rental car. I was stranded in the mountains with my two children on a trip, feeling overwhelmed and helpless. Kate helped bring light to a very difficult situation. She was so willing to help—not only by assisting me in finding a vehicle but by treating me with integrity and empathy. She even offered to drive an hour and a half to pick me up and bring me back to Hickory just to view potential cars, with zero pressure to buy. She truly listened to what I wanted in a car and understood the price point I needed to stay within.
