Dealership was clean and welcoming although part of it is under construction. The vehicle was on a different lot but it did not inconvenience anything. Karl was one of the best sales consultants. I was the most impressed by how well he listened to what we were looking for and the transaction worked out smoothly. He kept us updated through the process—when the manager had the deal, when the vehicle was being detailed. He reviewed the service records giving us complete piece of mind that the vehicle was ready to hit the road. New brakes, new tires, fresh oil change and detail. Karl is a genuine person and it didn’t feel like we were dealing with a “salesman.” I highly recommend Karl and the standards of Park Place Motor Cars! More
