While my services visits are usually excellent, these last two visits had some challenges. I had to bring my car back for a second visit as the problem was not resolved in the initial visit. The repair in the second visit was covered by CPO which was great, but I was not contacted during the second visit to let me know what repairs where needed or would be completed and I was not contacted to let me know that my car was ready.
