I came in several times and emailed Mark before making the purchase and he didn't hide some negatives about the car, such as its lack of a spare tire and less storage space than the usual Crosstrek-I really appreciated knowing this. Because of the COVID situation I was not able to get a full briefing of the car but I can't blame him for that. Its a complicated machine and will take some time to understand. Mark has answered all my questions so far promptly (there will be more). Cityside Subaru has taken good care of me- this is the second car I'be bought through them and the third that they have serviced. More
