Not only did Karen know the cars inside and out, (seriously, she was able to handle some random questions) but she knew how to make me feel heard. She listened to what I wanted and found the best possible options for me. She even ran multiple scenarios so that I could make the most informed decision. She truly cares about what you want and what you can afford and works with you to get there. She’s a superstar salesperson who understand human connection and interaction. You’d be lucky to buy a car from her. And no, I am not related to her. :) My overall experience at Wilsonville was also a positive one, but Karen sold the place. Holly Hill, the sales manager, also gave me top dollar for my trade in (2016 Crosstrek). If you aren’t buying from Wilsonville, you are missing out. Take the extra time and drive out there.
