Todd is awesome and is one of the main reasons I keep coming back. Todd will hold accountability for anything that is out of his control and will make a real effort to make things right for customer sat coming back. Todd is very professional and makes a sincere effort to make give me peace of mind when I have any questions or concerns. His knowledge and recommendations have made a difference as to why my Toyota has lasted for as long as it has and goes beyond its discontinued parts. My experience yesterday was not great. When I make an appointment for regular maintenance, I know to expect it to take anywhere between 90 mins to 2 hours. What really disappointed me was When I make an appointment for regular maintenance, I know to expect it to take anywhere between 90 mins to 2 hours. What really disappointed me was at the end of two hours, I received a phone call letting me know my brake pads need to be replaced and the ETA would be another 1 1/2 hours? Do better with the time estimates for your customers. If I knew it would take 3 1/2 hours, I would have taken an UBER home or at least brought my work laptop with me. Don’t wait two hours to let someone know something in addition to what they came for needed to be fix. Luckily it didn’t take as long as estimated, but it was not a great experience. This is not the first time it has happened. I’ve had Toyotas since 2001 and this kind of oversight happens more often than I care for. More
