The service person was probably the worst I’ve ever had, he was rude ever since I said I didn’t want to do the job with them, said he would call me back and didn’t, the cashier was rude too. I felt bad for he was rude ever since I said I didn’t want to do the job with them, said he would call me back and didn’t, the cashier was rude too. I felt bad for the way the porter was being talked to. I feel like this whole dealership is trash, probably cus the management is xxxxx to their employees that’s why everyone looks sad at wondries. After owning three Toyotas this will probably be my last cus the service is getting worse and worse. Do better or get a new job More

Good but at least fake a smile or pretend like you aren’t fed up or take your frustration out on a person/customer that had nothing to do with it. That is about my previous times I’ve visited this dealership fed up or take your frustration out on a person/customer that had nothing to do with it. That is about my previous times I’ve visited this dealership. This recent visit I felt welcomed by Kanika, she was really kind and I didn’t feel like my presence there as a customer bothered her. She informed me of what my car needed without making me feel dumb for having an attitude about it which I really appreciate. She honestly deserves recognition. I’ve visited this place for about 2-3 years and in that time, she’s the only one that was kind to me. Thank you for that. More
