Everyone at Antwerpen Volkswagen was a pleasure to work with! I found the car I was looking for on their site on a Sunday evening. Monday morning we called the dealership and told them we were on our way with! I found the car I was looking for on their site on a Sunday evening. The car had come in Saturday and had not been cleaned or inspected yet, but while we were there, they cleaned it and did the inspection so we could drive it home that day. The communication between the employees was non-existent. Scott the finance guy however was exceptional! Great communication explained everything clearly. Also the vehicle was absolutely filthy when I took it home. When I took it back they did finally do the interior detailing what should have been done before the car was even put out on the lot for customers to look at. They also tried to force me to pay for some outer car protectant for $1,600 which is one xxxx of a ripoff. Initially they told me this was non-negotiable. More
