Service dept needs to have another person to answer calls for service dept. I tried 3x before I was actually connected to service dept, no one available to answer previous calls. The work done on the car seems to have been done well and quickly. The communication I got before and during could and should have been better. I understand things take time to ship, but nobody called me to quickly. The communication I got before and during could and should have been better. I understand things take time to ship, but nobody called me to tell me parts were delivered, I had to call in. I was told on the phone that I would have a rental to take to work. I arrived and the car was gone. I believe they said someone took it the day before to the bank and hadn’t returned it. I waited in the lobby and they were able to get me in a rental, so I do appreciate that. However the car was dirty and had several warning lights on the dash. More

Since I live in Greenfield-I wanted to utilize someone locally. Little upset with the service I received on my recent visit. I am in sales- my car- depends on my ability to maintain a salary. I had an appointment- dropped the car off at 9;00AM rather than wait. I had to call at 11;00AM to see if they found the problem out and estimated cost. Didn't get a reply back till 3;00PM-didn't know what the issue was- told them again-4;12PM told technician looking again at car. No word- I knew was closing- call at 5;30PM inquiring- the person checked my car in was gone for day- didn't think to finish taking care of me. Person on phone said they hadn't even looked at my car- told them I was coming to pick it up. Arrived- spoke to Drew- he was so apologetic- offered to assist. Drew would be the only reason I would consider coming back. More

Had my 2025 2500HD in for the radio power button not working. You replaced the radio and when I pick it up I found a screw in the cup holder. The dealership itself is very clean and attentive when you pull up to the service department. You are helped right away and motioned to go into the service department. MOST of the 3!men sitting in there s you pull up to the service department. You are helped right away and motioned to go into the service department. MOST of the 3!men sitting in there snacking were helpful, but not necessarily polite. Everyone has a bad day but you should not put that bad day on everyone else! We received a text NOT a call about the diagnosis of our truck so was unable to ask questions not a big fan of that but did appreciate that they put the price with the text but when picking up our vehicle, the price they sent in the text was not the price that I was asked to pay. I had to ask why the difference and of course someone had made a little mistake but it was taken care of in a timely manner! More
