Jim McArdle was my sales agent and I also originally went on a test drive with Luis Martine purchasing my 2025 RAV4 Plug-in Hybrid at Ventura Toyota. Jim McArdle was my sales agent and I also originally went on a test drive with Luis Martinez. What I really liked was neither were high pressure salesmen which immediately made me feel comfortable, unlike the dealership in Santa Barbara. Jim was patient and responsive to my phone calls. By the time I made up my mind to purchase this car (took a few months), there were none left at any of the southern California Toyota dealerships in the color and trim I wanted. So Jim went the extra measure to find one that was due off the ship later in the month to a different dealer and did some sort of magic to have it go to Ventura. The price they quoted me early in the process was the same as what I paid in the end. No pressure to purchase any add ons. I really appreciate how my experience was so straightforward! More
