We drove from Ks to look at a Honda that we had seen online. We were not happy with our Acadia that we had purchased from another dealership in Ks. The staff was so very helpful and friendly! They helped explain things and even helped entertain our kids!! You guys are the BEST!!! We got stuck with a bad deal with our Acadia and Ryan and the staff at Honda of Lincoln made it right. They didn't have to as we didn't purchase the Acadia from them, but they went above and beyond for my family and I and I am very grateful to each of them!! We WILL be back!!! I recently purchased an Insight from this dealership and I would say that overall the experience was very pleasant. The entire staff, from entering the building, through the purchase was very kind. We went to buy a 2013 Honda Accord. This is our second vehicle in the family and our first and other car is a Toyota Sienna. At first, we had some issues with the final price and financing part of the sal vehicle in the family and our first and other car is a Toyota Sienna. We've been looking for a used Accord V6 for months and were excited to see one online last weekend. We called Larry to see if we could come in and take a look. The whole buying experience was so easy and enjoyable, which was not the case with some other places we visited. While we were waiting for our turn to do paperwork with Justin, we chatted with Nate about the possibility of adding a cargo net to the trunk. Our experience was Outstanding! Things were explained in great detail. Unbelievably friendly employees. We added some extra services at our purchase and they worked unbelievably hard to get everything done on the vehicle so we didn't have to come back again to finish those services, so that was the reason for the delay.
