I've had pretty much horrible experiences in the past across many makes of cars. My experience with Honda of Lincoln completely impressed me. I made a number of unique requests and they never even blinked, just did their best to fulfill my requests. I like to work on my own cars so I planned to buy all the accessories I wanted and install them myself. To this end, I had a few questions I wanted to ask the service personnel and they embraced my request for information even putting a similar car on a lift so we could examine it together and gain some understanding toward the answers to my questions. Not many dealership service departments will even explain things to you let alone let you enter the service area and have lengthy detail conversations about how things work. The parts department was kind enough to print out the installation instructions for the accessories I purchased and again, not many service departments would do this. Justin in finance pushed the extended warranty a touch too much. I politely said no, that should have been the end of the conversation on that topic. But even at that, he wasn't heavy handed or overly pushy about it. More
