He is so patient and attentive to your needs, and even though he is incredibly busy, he makes you feel like you are the only customer in the dealership. I took some time to make up my mind, so much so that the dealership felt like home as I was going there so many evenings to test drive cars. Brian and the whole team (the receptionist, Joe and Justin) were untiring and very accommodating to my needs. I cannot thank them enough for making this a pleasant and effortless experience for me. I would also like to add that Brian goes well above and beyond in so many ways for his customers. Through personal experience and of some others, I can say that, his relationship with you does not end after the sale of the car, but he will be there to assist you with any questions or issues down the line as well. 5 stars for Brian and Honda of Lincoln! Understanding and compassionate I worked with Brian and got myself a used Civic at a price I can afford. I went in looking for a CR-V, Subaru Forester, or something similar. Unfortun I worked with Brian and got myself a used Civic at a price I can afford. I went in looking for a CR-V, Subaru Forester, or something similar. Unfortunately there just wasn't much in my budget available in that criteria. Brian was understanding of my situation and what I was looking for and very helpful with suggestions based on how I planned to use the vehicle. He was very helpful and even gave me a lift home one day after spending most of my day at the dealership. I really appreciated that. The rest of the team was helpful as well and overall had a great experience as a first time (in a long time) buyer. More

There was one problem when we picked up our new car with the Air conditioning not working. The issue was immediately identified and we were provided with a loaner vehicle while it was rectified by the excellent service department. Not an ideal situation, but because of our long history and confidence in the dealership we never once doubted that it would be made right. Can't imagine buying a car anywhere else. More

Pleasant Experience My husband and I purchased a new vehicle at Honda of Lincoln and can't get over how friendly the staff were! Right when we came in the dealership, the receptionist greeted us with her friendly welcoming smile and got helped immediately. Caleb Tran was our sales rep and he was totally helpful, patient, friendly and not pushy at all. He was so knowledgeable and answered questions we had. He was so accommodating to our work schedule and truly went out of his way to help us learn the bells and whistles about our new vehicle. We were also very impressed with the finance staff who were very friendly and helpful. Our very first new car was a Honda Accord that we purchased from the Honda Dealership when it was near downtown Lincoln and we're so happy that we came back "home" to Honda of Lincoln after purchasing our used vehicles from competitors. Our sales representative, Calvin West, was attentive, outstandingly courteous, and was able to show me the vehicles that I was looking for. Calvin and the rest of the staff made sure that every step of the purchase was open, honest, fair, and easy. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Honda of Lincoln. Each and every time I found them very fair and honest and forthright. It is definitely the best dealership I have dealt with. (And I have had dealings with various dealers from Washington, to Georgia, and even in Europe.) More
