However, after driving 2.5 hours one way to look at a vehicle, we felt with a friendly, young salesman named Elker who was very kind and didn't make us feel super pressured like at most places. The staff all seemed like normal hard working guys with families instead of skeezy men ready to bounce on anyone who walked in to sell them something. Which sounds funny, but it's true. Every staff member we dealt with was down to earth and friendly and made the annoying process of buying a car much less annoying ;) lol They did good and we would drive there for a good deal again! More

From the internet inquiry I submitted I promptly was responded to with answers and a video from Mr Fabian Glave regarding the vehicle. The purchase process was great, I was able to work with one person and agree on a price with out the sales person bringing in another associate to assist in closing the deal which can be annoying. Once a price was aggreed on, instead of just throwing my credit app to the wind, to several creditors to see what would be approved. I was approached by Mr Parrish and asked for my preference, as well as discussed other options before ever applying for a loan. Thank for great service. More

From initiating contact, sending us a personalized video of the vehicle we were interested in, to setting an appointment, honoring that appointment and simply being enjoyable to conduct business with, my wife and I were pleasantly put at ease. Since we were just going in to test drive & 'think about it', we decided to bring our two boys along, an 8 month old, and a 5 year old. Mr. Freeman, being a family man himself, relished the opportunity to get to know our boys, thereby making them feel comfortable, in turn making our short time there stress free. The vehicle equipment was as advertised, priced as advertised, no gimmicks or sleight of hand. The business aspect of the visit was seamless from Mr. Freeman, to Mr. Parrish, to Mr. Phillips; we were never kept in the dark about anything, all was transparent and above board. Because of the excellent customer service and honest/forthright business acumen, we were thrilled to give them our business and left with a brand new Z71 Silverado and an astounding deal.
