He knows the details of every car he sells without having to look anything up. He is easy-going, respectful, and has a great sense of humor. He made my wife and I feel so comfortable and even laugh several times. He went out of his way to take care of us when we were hungry and even bought us lunch from Giordano's! He really treats his customers right and took his time going over the features of our new vehicle after we purchased it. I'm picky about salesmen and have walked away from many. I'm too old for their dishonesty, games, and pressure tactics. But Chris is nothing like this. In fact, no one at Larry H. Miller Hyundai is like this. They are all honest and respectful and they don't play games. Chris, especially, is so good at what he does and has treated us so well that this is the second vehicle we have bought from him and he will always be our Hyundai salesman. We just love the guy! We purchased a 2021 Palisade From Larry Miller. If you are like me, the thought of buying a new car is similar to getting a root canal....a painful process that takes hours upon hours. This was NOT the c are like me, the thought of buying a new car is similar to getting a root canal....a painful process that takes hours upon hours. This was NOT the case with our recent purchase. I communicated with our sales guy (Pat Bria) via phone and email for about a month and a half. Pat was knowledgeable, but never pushy. He answered my numerous questions and followed up a reasonable amount of times. We negotiated the deal (with Justin's help) over the phone and email. We came to an agreement on price and did all of the financing stuff online. Pat let us know when the car was ready and we met him at the dealership. He had all of the paperwork ready for signatures and the process was very streamlined. We were at the dealership for about 90 minutes and about half of that time was Pat explaining all of the bells and whistles included in the vehicle. The ONLY surprises we experienced were pleasant ones....free key replacement, free washes/waxes, free paintless dent repair and more. Our time with Dshon in finance was quick and smooth. This was the best car buying process I have ever experienced. Kudos to all. More
