Josh Peters was easy to work with. He was kind and helpful. My only concern was the LoJack app. The etching and tagging and other options was offered for $1500. I declined. Our first contact (via a phone call) was with Justin who went out of his way to verify that they had the vehicle we were looking for. Justin made arrangements for us to come and look at the vehicle and int went out of his way to verify that they had the vehicle we were looking for. From there he focused the attention on my wife, not me. TJ did an awesome job telling us about the vehicle with again the attention to my wife's needs. From start to finish I would give TJ 5 Stars! After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it bett and what it would cost before any work started.
