Josh Peters was easy to work with. He was kind and helpful. My only concern was the LoJack app. The etching and tagging and other options was offered for $1500. I declined. When I returned from a trip home for my checkbook I was told the additional package was given to me for no additional charge. That it is done on every car that is sold. Maybe it will be helpful if it is ever stolen. More

They used every dirty trick in the book of car salesmanship. Dealer add ons that you didn't ask for or want. Told them 3- 4 times I didn't want LoJack and they still charged me for it! salesmanship. Our first contact (via a phone call) was with Justin who went out of his way to verify that they had the vehicle we were looking for. Justin made arrangements for us to come and look at the vehicle and int went out of his way to verify that they had the vehicle we were looking for. Justin made arrangements for us to come and look at the vehicle and introduced us to TJ in Sales. WOW! TJ took it from there. He first asked who the primary driver of the vehicle would be? From there he focused the attention on my wife, not me. TJ did an awesome job telling us about the vehicle with again the attention to my wife's needs. From start to finish I would give TJ 5 Stars! My wife even asked him for some of his business cards. Lauren did an awesome job in finalizing the deal. She made us very comfortable (no pressure). Greg was very friendly and personable with the emphasis on the details. The entire experience .... 5 STARS! More

I was told exactly what was going to be done to my car and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it bett and what it would cost before any work started. After the work was completed, they suggested a few items that could be done to my car to make it better and I had the choice of accepting or rejecting their suggestions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to return to Kenny Ross for any repair work I may need in the future. More
