Worst experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Hurried through the documents, initialing & signing many forms. Not aware or explainined of all the things I was being charged for. I know it was my fault for not reviewing each document. When I reviewed the documents at home, I immediately requested cancellation of these items. I was assured I would receive forms for this purpose. Finally I returned to the dealership and was assured it would happen. Thankfully the next week, Jennifer acknowledged my compliance and submitted the forms for me to get a full refund, sent to the lienholder. This is the fifth week of me paying $35 per week interest on these funds & the lienholder has still not received the funds. More

I spent about two hours at this dealership and agreed on an out-the-door price. When it came time for financing, I was offered rates of 6.2–6.55%. I had a pre-approval from my credit union at 4.29%. I was an out-the-door price. When it came time for financing, I was offered rates of 6.2–6.55%. I had a pre-approval from my credit union at 4.29%. I was told I could not use my own financing and would need to use the dealership’s financing to proceed. Since the rate difference was significant, I declined and left. The sales staff was polite, and my deposit was returned promptly. However, the financing policy was disappointing and ultimately prevented us from completing the purchase. More

The original window sticker was not included in the paperwork with my car. It’s important to me and I want it. The sales kid said it would be in the car after it was prepped. It’s been five days, and paperwork with my car. It’s important to me and I want it. The sales kid said it would be in the car after it was prepped. It’s been five days, and I just got around to going through the car and the sticker is nowhere to be found. Also the removable carpet mats weren’t there. We went back-and-forth over the stupid removable rubber mats and they gave in and included those. But then they shorted me by keeping the removable carpet mats. If these problems aren’t fixed, I’ll never buy another car from this dealership. I’ll badmouth the dealership to everybody I can get to listen, and I’ll make sure the Honda corporate offices know about this xxxxty sales service from this dealership. I don’t like it, but I can overlook the carpet mats, but I cannot overlook not getting my window sticker. That’s complete xxxxxxxx. More
