There I want sales person Justin Clyburn to give 5 stars . But I want Business Manager Michael Hardy to give 0 stars but there is no option of that. There are many reasons for that. As I already said to him that I don't want too many hard Inquiries on my credit reports. There are a lot of hard Inquiries which will affect me a lot. Also I said that my bank will give me a APR% of 3.76, He promised me that we can beat them or at-least we can match them. But he gave me 4.6 APR. When I asked him if there is any chance to decrease my APR he said there is no chance of doing that. Later he said that if I take some plan which costs more than $3000 he can reduce an APR to 3.7. I don't think this should not be done to a customer. Also, there is an Important think that he is not letting me to go without taking that $3000 plan as he is forcing to take that plan irrespective of my interest. So, this is a poor customer service from Toyota. Before buying a car you treat the customers with good and after buying a car it is not. I think I definitely have not chosen a good option. Also I recommend not to take the loan with Toyota. More

Justin Clyburn was helpful, knowledgeable, and absolutely no pressure. We could tell he wanted us to have the car and was trying to help us get our payments within range as best he could. I absolutely dreaded the whole new car buying experience, and we usually go to Carmax for this reason - but we are now total fans of Fred Anderson Toyota! Justin made sure we understood all the bells and whistles my RAV4 limited had. He helped us get the best deal possible, and we are grateful for the entire experience. Rickey handled the financing end and he was just a joy to laugh and cut up with. He was great at explaining everything as well. There was nothing negative at all about our car buying experience, well... except now we have a car payment ;) BUT, I LOVE.. LOVE my RAV4 limited! Thanks guys! More
