I wasn’t so pleased with the Thornton location. I purchased a vehicle. I had seven days to either return it or exchange. If I was unhappy with it, I return within six days talk to the same sales person which is Junior he refused to help basically laughed at me, was very unprofessional and rude, maybe less of a person the experience I had there in Thorton was very unsatisfied and unpleasant, the salesman Junior was not very helpful. I will never ever buy anything from Thornton store. I wasn’t too happy with it. Basically the salesman told me I was stuck with the car and was unwilling to help still to this day. I’m waiting for a phone call back now I’m owing for two vehicles . I don’t recommend anyone in Thorton. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. More

Came into this experience slightly nervous as we knew this was a big purchase for a car that doesn’t come around very often. We scheduled a test drive and during the drive, noticed an odd sound. We brought up our concerns with Junior and he got a technician to drive with us so we could point out the sound. Tyler, the tech, confirmed he also heard it and they took it into their shop to take a closer look. After a few minutes, they were able to identify the issue and let us know it would be fixed at no cost to us. We gave it a night to sleep on it before coming back the next morning ready to pull the trigger. Junior was patient and walked us through the entire process, answering all our questions and addressing any concerns. The extended service option is platinum- better than the vehicle’s original warranty and only a $100 deductible when used, so it was a no brainer. Overall, happy with our purchase and glad we got the car we wanted. More

I dreaded going into another car dealer to look for a new (used) car but was pleasantly surprised from the moment I contacted EchoPark online. They called me right away and confirmed my appointment that I had made online, and the sales associate (Junior) greeted me within minutes of walking in their showroom. I test drove the car I was interested in but didn't like it as much in person. Junior was understanding and helped me look at other vehicles that better suited my needs. It was a Saturday and the dealership was super busy, but we still got great service and never had to wait too long for anything. We left without purchasing a car that day but returned the following week, met with Junior again, and found the car I was looking for! The purchase went smoothly and as quickly as those things can go, including trading in my old car, and we were happily driving away a few hours later. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything, just the assistance and assurance we were looking for. Changed my mind about used car shopping... It can be a good experience! More
