I wanted not to go thru hoops getting a car and dealing with every person in the dealership . The waalked me thru every step . Treated me as a customer not another sale . The most important they keep their promise and worked with me and really cared about my purchase . I told them upfront no empty promises if I get to car dealer and then a different price . They honored all that we discussed on the phone . I made the deal in one day and picked up the car . They stayed that evening til 10pm til I was able to sign and drive away in my new crv ex car. They arranged for an appointment for a person to go over all the feautures and how they work . I have bought multiple homdas and never had this service . I am completed happy with my purchase . I would wiithout hesitation lease another car from them . The credit person didn't over sell add ons . Recommended what I needed so I wouldn't have charges when I returned the car after lease . I bought a plan that was added to my lease payment so I don't have to worry about scratches or dents after the lease is returned to dealership Many people get stuck with return fees for wear and tear . This was the best thing, it gives me a peace of mind . It just shows that again that had my best interest . Don't hesitate go see them At garden state Honda ! they will take care of you you You will be super satisfied . They make the process seamless and painless! Like the Nike commercial ! Just do it !! Julio Cartagena is a very knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and attentive Manager. ALL dealerships should have such leadership at their stores. The place is run smoothly, and everyone going in there gets the otherwise painful task of buying a car made into a real pleasurable experience. I loved it there so much that I also recommended my sister to Julio, and she bought her car from them two weeks ago. She is also a happy customer for having gone to Garden State Honda. Julio knows how to twist words very well. Also, when I called him back, he literally hung up in my face twice because I was addressing a concern, and I was very professional with him. He got caught in his lie. I bought 3 cars from them and I will never go back. My family of 10 has bought cats from them and I will never ever have them go back. I'm done! Don't go here at all!! More

It's an emotional undertaking. So... easy and comfortable is better. I bought a car from GSH a few years ago, and got a great deal and great service. I figured I'd give them another shot, and again a great deal and great service. I've been buying new cars for over 20 years and been to many dealerships and dealt with the stereotypical car salesmen. The team at GSH are not overly aggressive and very straightforward. They work with you, and they're fair. I'd like to thank..... Mustafa - who was the salesman. Very easy going and made me feel comfortable. Vlad - who told me what to say to my insurance company to get the maximum amount of compensation for my totaled car.
