We visited Janesville Subaru and spoke with Julie Zucaro (sales consultant) and negotiated the purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback. Both Julie and Eric (sales mgr.) were super friendly, knowledgeable, and profe (sales consultant) and negotiated the purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback. Both Julie and Eric (sales mgr.) were super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional in helping make the purchase effortless and enjoyable. Julie is experienced in sales and was most helpful in finalizing the sale, paperwork, and showing us the features of the Outback. Eric is a down to earth and congenial sales manager who actually meets with and sits down with customers and goes over the sale, unlike most managers who customers never see or deal with.
